Chase did an excellent job for me
I had to tell two separate reps that I did not want the tires rotated, since I was taking it elsewhere for rotation and balance. The technician left grease stains inside the vehicle, particularly on the gray passenger seat.

I expected Wheel alignment test . But it was not done.
When I made the appointment she had had no idea what my service was. It was just a tire rotation. I was there waiting for my car for 2 hours and 25 minutes. That is ridiculous for a simple tire rotation. Completely unacceptable.
