Y’all were nice at helping me fix the problem but y’all were also the reason I had the problem in the first place. My truck almost completely died in the middle of a busy intersection because one of y’alls techs bent an o ring to my fuel pump. Things like that need to not happen, but thank you for fixing it.
Someone took there rubber gloves off and left them in the passenger seat

David Araujo's service when I dropped the car off was fine, he wasn't there when I picked it up. The condition the technician left my car in was not great which did not leave confidence in the service performed on my car. The passenger outside rear view mirror was bent all the way out, the inside rearview mirror was pushed sideways and facing all the way down, the passenger seat was all the way forward and leaned forward as far forward as it would go. All of the tires had different air pressure which means they were never checked Pass front= 36psi, pass rear 46psi, Driver front 44psi, Driver rear 39psi. The trunk mat was just thrown in there and the car smelled like gas. I dropped it off with just less than 1/2 tank, picked it up with a 1/4 of a tank. There was still dust on the oil filler cap as though it was never touched. I will have to check the torque on the wheel lug nuts to make sure they were torqued properly since my 17 y/o daughter drives this car, and now I don't feel safe letting her drive it until I make sure everything is checked first. I am sorry, I value my daughter’s safety too much so I won’t be bringing my vehicles back for service. The service advisor that I dropped it off with was fine, but the Technician who "performed" the recall and other service left my vehicle in an unprofessional state.

David is the only one there that rally gives you the Best customer service. He is always attentive and respectful. Unlike some of your financial and sales people which were arguing over by the sales counter….. everyone saw it happening.
I like when people shoot straight. Honesty is key with me and I believe Doug was up front and straight.
