I arrived at 7 am for a 7:15 am appointment for brake service and an oil change. I did not leave until after 12:30 pm because other vehicles were serviced while mine sat and I was not kept updated on the unacceptable wait time. Instead, I kept approaching the service representative for an update. This was my first appointment at Serra, and if I am able, it will be my last since I am willing to drive further, if necessary, in order to receive quality customer service.

Johnny provides honest information regarding repairs and cost, even when you don't want to hear it. What my husband and I appreciate about Johnny is the time he takes to explain the "why" repairs are needed so we the customer would understand and feel comfortable with our out of pocket cost. His honesty and professionalism is must appreciated. Keep up the good work!
