Michael Cox is EXTREMELY abrasive and harsh. His demeanor,tone & questions denoted that he did not want to service my vehicle using the free brake inspection coupon that I received from Serra. I do not believe that Mr. Cox had my vehicle serviced. He even said to me, "You'Re going to be here until 6:00 - as if he were punishing me for using a coupon that Serra sent me. I was totally displeased with Mr. Cox.

Michael Cox was very professional and courteous but my car was in the service department for over a week. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready by the following Thursday afternoon. It was not. I was not confident in the work performed. Mike knows the history and problems I encountered. I feel your actual technicians/mechanics need more training/experience.
