I had an appointment for an oil change and did not get my car back for almost 2 hours causing me to miss a very important doctor appointment. I do not appreciate being lied to about how long service will take and absolutely no compensation for the long delay.

Vic is the best in the business
I was on my way home and still had about 8 hours left in my trip when my VSA light came on and my CR-V started "chugging" and couldn't get up to highway speeds. Luckily I was only 20 minutes away from the Little Apple Honda dealership. I was pretty panicked and worried that I wouldn't be able to make it the next 8 hours of my trip, but the people at Little Apple Honda made me feel so at ease and got my car in to be looked at right away. They found out what was wrong with my car and got me back on the road in a little over an hour. Everyone was so friendly and understanding of my situation. My CR-V is running great now. Thanks so much!!

The new tires rides tough. Its seems like the tires are out of round or not balanced. Also the car smells like something is burning after I turn it off
