Vic is a true professional and I can trust him completely to address my vehicles' service needs.
Was told that my oil leak was coming from the vale cover. Had valves adjusted and valve cover gaskets replaced but the oil leak is still as bad as it was before the repair.
Though I came in for a different issue I left the vehicle with a low tire warning light and a bit surprised it was not addressed. I do understand I did not ask specifically but it is attention to details like this that make customer service what it Is, just as if I would have come in for an oil change and you would have topped off my washer fluid which doesn't come with any warning lights.

I always feel well taken care of at Little Apple. Today I didn’t need an oil change so they didn’t do one. I had a nail in my tire and they repaired it and hardly charged me. They do right by me.
They were really busy so the wait was lengthy. I will call sooner than the day before. Not blaming the dealership. They are very skillful and courtious. Will always take my car there as they seem to care.
Not happy. Lifted the hood and still have wires not connected and line to washer fluid not fixed either even though I specifically called that put to the girl at the service desk when bringing in my vehicle.

Bought a Tacoma with oversized tires that rub on the molding on front of the truck when truck is in reverse gear. No offer to fix it. Toyota should have checked this issue out before placing larger tires on the Tacoma. I like this vehicle and it's looks, but there should be options for repair or adjustments provided by the service department.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They explained everything and I am positive that everything would be working perfectly
