Was promised that my first 2 services on my 2016 Honda Odessey, purchased at Little Apple was free of charge. I was charged for the second. This bait and switch crap is the same thing I experienced with your sales department when I purchased the new van. Tell me one interest rate that fits my budget, when I go in to sign, it is double. I was promised that my next service was free, but I have no evidence to believe that will actually happen.
