That she finally got up from behind the desk to look at my car but only reason was to get the mileage and only then did she fully understand what was going on. So please listen and look at what’s is Physically going for n with the vehicles instead of only getting a car a report on the computer

I was not happy at all with my service today but I am sure the management is already aware of this. I dropped my car off for something that I thought would be simple and smooth and ended up having a terrible experience. I made the appointment a drop off because I was told by a service member that it would take around 3 hours to complete the service task. I was fine with this and with dropping off. However, I was not fine with not being contacted after more than five hours except via a text message service that seems automated which no one responded to in a timely manner. I waited 45 minutes more to get a call back after I inquired. I felt it was necessary to write a negative review online based on my past five or six negative experiences with the Little Apple service department. When I was contacted about my car I mentioned an issue from a previous service experience that I was not satisfied with. Instead of helping me, Will made me feel as if I was wrong to question the service department. If I had been told that the issue may have been a fluke or the service guys may have messed up I would have been happy to pay for the job, even though I felt I already payed for it to be done correctly the first time. Instead I was talked to like I didn’t know my own vehicle and that I was a liar. On top of that, when I came to get my vehicle, which I was told was done, I see my vehicle being moved so they can fix the previous issue that I had a problem with, despite my previous four comments to Will that I really would prefer not to argue about it and just come get my car. On top of THAT I am called out publicly for writing a scathing review which I felt was justified at the time. I felt his conduct was highly inappropriate and rude. I have worked in service jobs for the past six years and I know how it feels when the customer is wrong and you are right but they are complaining at you for no reason. I didn’t feel that that was the case here - I was treated unfairly and not talked to like an equal. Little Apple will never get my business again. I think it’s fair for any business to have a bad and busy day here and there where every customer may not be satisfied. But I have brought my car here for three years and have never had a time where I walked away happy. I have lived in more populated areas and gone to far larger Toyota dealerships that operate smoothly and have great customer service. I am not entirely sure why those changes have not been implemented at Little Apple. To be honest they seem like they are stuck 10 years behind everyone in else.

On a “same day” service request, your staff diagnosed the problem on my Tundra. 30 minutes after my appointment, the problem was fixed and I was on my way home. Fast, efficient, courteous.
