I was one of the first in this morning for service. As I sat and waited for my service to be completed you can here the team discuss everything. Susie your receptionist was amazing. She helped a customer on the phone while the staff did not support her and actually worked as if they were right and the customer was wrong. If I’m the customer on the other end of that call I’m glad to work with Susie. But the rest of the staff was pretty disappointing. Your culture is an interesting study.
My expectation was that braking system must be checked....
With the new tires and the attention Travis put into the Tacoma, it rides and runs great. We appreciate all his work.
Vic and all the service reps always do a great job! Since I have been doing business for a number of years with Little Apple Honda/Toyota, Vic greeted me by my first name. Nice touch! The service was uneventful and done in a timely manner. The service technician, Jim, is always helpful if I ask a question. Keep doing what your doing!
