When I checked in between 7:30 and 7:35 (a lot of people were arriving at the same time), the time for my appointment was listed as 5 pm. I had clearly asked to bring it in at 7:30 am and was told I was scheduled for that time. I believe this, in part, resulted in my vehicle not being started until after 1030.
Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I’m normally very satisfied with the little apple service. Today I brought my vehicle in for a very simple fix I was told wouldn’t take long. After waiting 75 minutes I decided to ask about my vehicles status. I was told they didn’t have the part and I’d have to come back. This is something that could have been assessed in the first 15 minutes. All you had to do was open the door and see that the rubber seal was torn. I already knew I needed a new part and I assumed they had the part. I have to wonder how much longer I would have sat there if I hadn’t decided to go ask about my vehicle.
William was extremely helpful during a ‘minor’ emergency in getting my Sienna repaired quickly. Great job!
