Travis found someone to help me understand how to use the remote start on my Camry and came outside to learn how to do it himself in the future.

William made a stressful situation much more manageable. Rather than leaving my car for its service, to return later to pick it up, he was able to quickly get me scheduled, done and on my way so that I could visit my ill mother in the nursing home, 2 hours away. I fully expected that I would be asked to re-schedule; instead he enabled me to travel knowing my car was checked out, which was one less worry. I really appreciated his kindness, and the expediency of service.

I do not have any comments on repair as yet. The problem was evaluate and parts are being ordered for repair on Monday. Vic is very knowledgeable and he predicted the problem before it was found.
As in the post service was done in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly and efficient.
