Every thing seems to be working much better than before. There were a couple of instances where I something might be out, but it might just be the crummy roads
For a second time, Vic has come to my rescue during my trips from IN to KS for medical treatment. He expedited triaging my ac problem & getting it repaired so I could travel to Wichita the next day for my appointments. His communications were clear & concise and he was very patient explaining the final invoice. He also did what he could to reduce this most expensive repair to help with my financial situation. As stated before, I know my car is in good hands with any needed repair or service. I feel safe knowing Vic & Little Honda are here when needed & would recommend them to anyone for their car service needs.
don’t think the problem was repaired, truck still making noise at front end
It was a shame that I had to find the part myself but I wasn’t going to wait nearly a month for a blower motor on a truck that’s less than a year old. Especially when it’s 100 degrees outside. I suppose your parts department was too busy to connect all of those dots and call other area dealers to find the part quicker than your national computer. I do appreciate being reimbursed for the part.
