I had to return to the Service Department as there was a rattling noise in my car . It sounded like a tool was accidentally left under the hood. The service staff immediately took care of me and I was on my way. I come back to Little Apple Toyota for the excellence in service and honesty all the staff provide. When a part of my car I purchased from you breaks and is replaced under warranty, why do I have to pay for the loaner vehicle? That cost is completely incidental to Honda installing a defective battery in a new car.

I bought the RAV4 in 2004. You have taken care of the car except for those times when I need to change oil and we were out of town. Even then.....always a Toyota dealer has serviced the car. I trust Vic Redding as I do all your service advisers. I have known him longer than the others.
