I’ve been having my cars serviced at Little Apple for several years. Everything & everyone has always been great. I did have one incident that I think was a communication misunderstanding, but I do not think it was specifically the fault of Travis Park. At the time, the wait time delay caused me to miss another appointment, so I was frustrated. I received a sincere phone call & apology, which was much appreciated. On my next visit this week, Little Apple waived the invoice charges, which I did not expect, but also appreciate! Travis & the other team members in the service department do a great job and I will continue to use Little Apple services. Thank you~ Barbara Morgan

Everything was very well done except for the long wait but I understand being walking on Saturday that'll happen but I was also compensated for my time so I will be back for services at that establishment again.
