Dan provided perfect customer service with fast and quick delivery of my vehicle,Which quick check in time no longer than 10 minutes and less than five minutes to check out will come back again if needed hopefully not though
Satisfied with the speed and outcome of the servicing. However, I found a spanner in the engine bay after driving a few miles home.
Bill was great, he fully explained the issue and left me feeling confident that the repair was completed by a true professional.
I think that more companies need more people like Adrian. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. If you have questions he try’s to find the right answers for me.

Service by Adrian was excellent. The web site fails to mention shuttle hours. I scheduled at 0700 the same time I usually schedule at other dealerships in AV. Their shuttles run at 0700. After waiting till 0820 to depart on first available shuttle I was not too happy.
William was very professional and didn’t keep me waiting. Quick and personable kept me informed of what was happening with my car! Much better than my experience at other ford dealerships!
