He was very courteous, and although very busy the morning I came in, he handled everyone and everything very well.
Had to pay $100 for a defective part in my audio system that was less than 2.5 years old. Ford is quality...and that was not the case in this situation. Additionally I have a swearing sound in my engine and they told my wife there’s nothing they could hear or detect. I just wanted the fan or belt lube and they didn’t even do that. Not happy with the results of not fixing the issue. You guys are better than this...
Nothing ever gets fixed right. Their appointment system is a joke.

Bill is very knowledgeable, explains the work that needs to be done and in order of importance. He stays on top of the status and keeps me informed. He is very willing to answer all questions and makes sure I know the costs ahead of time. My car is extremely important as my husband has multiple health problems and I drive long distances for his dr appts. It’s a great relief to know that I can trust Bill and the mechanics to keep the car in top condition. Whenever I have work done at AV Ford, the car runs as well as the day I bought it. Everyone that I encounter at AV Ford is very friendly and helpful- great cars and great customer service!
Dan is awesome! He always delivers above & beyond exceptional-quality service, professionalism and expert advise. He’s always happy to answer any questions or concerns. My issue was not with Dan. It is the wait time (delay) in the close out department after the service is completed.
