Every other ford dealership that i go to for routine oil change they always do complimentary car wash after the service. Unfortunately this one did not offer it. It would be a good area for improving costumer satisfaction. Otherwise, Mr. Dan DiGiovanni did a very good job and he is very polite and professional.
