100% satisfied. I brought my car in without an appointment because the check engine light came on...he fit me in for a diagnostic test and even managed to fix the problem! Wasn't too serious of a problem but still so much appreciated.

Car was ready 2 days late and a couple of scratches were left on the car very unsatisfied.
Your service writer acts like it is a bother to assist customers. After they check you in they act like you don’t exist anymore. I had to ask if my vehicle was ready because I noticed it had been pulled out. When I asked the cashier the service writer heard me and said “oh yeah I gave you the paperwork 15 minutes ago”
My appointment was scheduled for the day prior. I cane in around lunch to drive my vehicle off, unfortunately the shuttle driver was at lunch so I was going to cancel being I needed to get back to work. Dan eas kind enough to squeeze me in that following morning and even had my vehicle ready for pickup at lunch. I’m in love, thanks Dan

I'm not happy at all about this situation supposedly they did my front brakes first thing I noticed when I picked it up was how dirty my rims were brake fluid running down one of them and I noticed there is still brake fluid running down one of them after I cleaned off already looking closer I'm beginning to think these are not my rims I wash my truck at least twice a week and my rims did not have all these little scatches all over them plus one of my rims has a mark on it it has been there since I owned the truck it's no longer there tread on my tires was not worn like what's on it now I get in my truck it won't even stay on
We feel that went well beyond the call of duty and are extremely satisfied!!
