Bill was awesome to work with. He got back to me first thing every morning they had my car in order to provide updates. He also gave me a loaner vehicle, free of cost. This assisted in not putting my life on hold while my car was being fixed and I really appreciate that.
Dan has.always been very nice and courteous to me always kept me in the loop.

Dan made this yet again major service ordeal a great experience. I just moved here from Seattle and a suggestion to you is send it through the car wash before you return it to your customer. The "check engine" light came on, on my new mustang I bought just a couple weeks ago. When I called there was no hesitation on William's part to say bring it in right away. In about an hour he called and said it was ready. It only needed an update to the PCM.
