I asked that the tire pressure sensors be reset when my tires were rotated and they were not, and I had to take my van back to you for corrections. This was the third time this has happened.

Cashier was rude. I had asked about a military discount and she said they don’t give them for oil changes. I told her that I was given one last time and the response was “oh he just probably wanted to give a discount.” I’m ok with not have a military discount when it’s NOT been an issue in the past.
Dan in your service department was absolutely amazing. He was efficient and treated my vehicle as if it was his own. I would definitely recount him personally to all my fellow Ford drivers!

One of the major reasons I chose to bring my vehicle to Antelope Valley Ford rather than a local mechanic was because I needed assistance resetting the drive cycle after the maintenance action was completed. Although I was told that this work would be performed, when I picked up my vehicle the drive cycle reset had not been done. Instead I was told that I could do it myself. I had to request a printout of the drive cycle reset procedure, which consists of ten fairly complex steps, each with very precise sub-steps which quite frankly can only be performed by a trained specialist and specific equipment. I drove 75 miles from my home (twice) to have this work done by a licensed Ford dealership, and will still be unable to pass a smog check without investing more time and money by bringing the truck back to A.V. Ford. I am a dissatisfied customer
