Dan does an exceptional job every time I go in with my vehicles, which is the reason I keep going back instead of other ford dealers.
Dan was great. He did a fantastic job trying to get me out of there in a reasonable time but waited 5 1/2 hours to get simple maintenance and 4 tires. Couldn’t go home as I live an hour away. Perhaps get more people or build more equipment bays. This is not the first time this has happened.

Vehicle is still leaking fluid, as a matter of fact it is leaking more than before.
Windshield wiper is still broken after second attempt. We’ll be back tomorrow again but honestly I’m not surprised at this point. Lost our custom tire valve caps last time because they didn’t take the time to screw them back on all the way. Doesn’t matter though because the service department won’t change and neither will the false pretenses in which we were sold our warranties under.
Dan was really helpful from the first call to arrange service until helping my wife with a. UBER to come back a d pick up the car. He was really sensitive to our service needs and arranged for further service.
