El servicion de ella es muy profesional y amable. Pero el mantenimiento unas de las cosas que el tecnico dijo que hizo en el mantenimiento no fue realizada. La limpienza de los terminales de bateria, ya que al llegar a mi hogar verifique y dichos terminales estaban completamente sucios. Eso me molesto mucho. En el proximo mantenimiento pedire que me muestren todo lo que hagan! Gracias

Sugerencias: 1)tener un listado con costos estimados por mantenimiento preventivo que requiere cada vehículo, dependiendo del modelo y especificando cada cuanto tiempo se tiene que realizar.. 2)cuando se llame al cliente para hacer y/o confirmar la cita del mantenimiento se le puede informar el costo aproximado del mismo.
