Llevé mi vehículo para verificar ruido en tren delantero. Los técnicos luego de inspeccionar el vehículo, indicaron que era el shock absolver delantero del conductor. El representante que me atendió sometió la pieza dañada por la garantía extendida, por lo que debía pagar un por ciento. El representante me indicó que se tardaría en lo que Toyota respondía por la aprobación de la pieza por garantía. El representante me indicó que me llamaría una vez Toyota brindara la respuesta. Hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna llamada por parte de ningún representante de Adriel Toyota ni por parte de ninguna persona de Toyota al respecto. Siempre he llevado mi vehículo a Adriel Toyota de Dorado para Todos los mantenimientos de mi vehículo. Me encuentro totalmente decepcionado del servicio recibido, ya que me vehículo continúa con la pieza dañada y eso podría afectar o dañar otras piezas.

I was told the car will be ready tomorrow 4 different times. The next day I never heard a word no calls no updates. I called multiple days with no answer or calls from Toyota. Every time I spoke to somebody they said the car will be ready in the next day. Need better customer service with updates if the part did not come in. Thanks
