Robert was very accommodating And pleasant to interact with despite my warranty recently expiring. That I really appreciated but unfortunately will have to start taking my business elsewhere as I cannot afford the quotes given to me for repairs.

Why was I allowed to book a waiting oil change appointment at 9pm when that is when the service department closes? This creates an immediate conflict between the client and the service team. They were able to accommodate me and were always professional. But whomever designed the website and allowed the appointment to be booked created a very negative experience for me.

On pick up all of the dirty service protectors were left in the car and the oil change notification was not reset after the oil was supposedly changed
