A day after picking up the vehicle, a rubber strip started to drag from the repair area. I called today to log the issue and the representative opted for a debate over which repairs were actually performed. The total paid was clearly higher than the repairs listed. It is not my fault your paperwork wasn't properly updated. However, that isn't the point. I called to find a remedy for the matter, not to debate a stranger about repair printouts. The only resolution was call John on Monday. Someone in the background tried to assist, but didn't seem interested in joining the call. I just wanted a next step in the process.

Josh took his time to explain everything that was wrong with my car and he also explained that I'm still covered under warranty.... Most people wouldn't do that. Thanks Josh ????????

I had an oil change and tires rotated and 20 minutes after leaving the lot, my low wiper fluid light came on. This is usually filled when I get oil changes. Also I was disappointed that my car wasn’t washed. This also was always done at my former dealer. It was 44 degrees, so it was warm enough. The staff was very friendly and service was quick.

They were ready for me, No wait to have my service begin which I appreciated. had a pleasant clean area to wait - it only took 40 minutes or so - everyone friendly & wanted the experience for me to be positive.
