I want Crowley and the whole management team to know, that Mr.Boutin was the first person to take the time to listen to my concern with my car and ensure it was checked out. I kept thinking I was just being put off till I spoke with him and cone to find out there was a minor issue. I wish all people actually cared like he did.

I went in to have a turn signal light changed. First, I asked how long it would take, if it was going to take too long I would take the shuttle to work. I was told it wouldn't take long. 45 min later I went to check on how much longer and was told the battery had to come out and they weren't sure if they could get it out, but finally they did and it would be done soon. 15 min later I get s text saying the car was done. I was surprised to get charged for a lightbulb when we have only had the car for 14 months. I asked why it would go out so soon and was told maybe because of the cold or maybe there was something wrong with it. I feel like I was being dismissed and secondly had to pay labor on something because the mechanic didn't know how to take the battery out. I have always been happy with the service at Crowley, but this was a very different experience. In the end I was late for work because timeframes weren't presented accurately.

I did leave there confused though. Last time I was there in November they said I need to get new brakes and this time when I when in today they said my brakes are fine. So, not I am not sure if I really need them or not! No too happy about that! I think I might have to go to another place to have them look at my brakes. I am not happy about that though. The oil change was fine though.
