I gave this a satisfactory rating only because you fixed the issue after I had to return to the dealership. I went in for a oil change and when I got back to my hometown I noticed something was leaking from underneath the car. I was not happy that I had to return to the dealership only to find out that the oil filter was not installed properly the first time which resulted in my 2nd trip and time spent waiting for it to be fixed. Chad explained what happened and that they did a entirely new oil change. Just wish it was done correctly the first time.

I was told the oil change couldn’t be completed because they were unable to remove the drain plug fully? Or something of that sort. I’ve gotten my oil changed here the previous time and there was no mention. Now I was told to go to a Honda dealership and they should be able to help me. Disappointing.

When I dropped off the car for service, I asked if they could take a look at a piece of rubber that had fallen off of my door and potentially reattach. I also asked for a quote for a tow/hitch to be installed on the back of the car. I didn't hear back from the shop that day so called the next morning to see the status. I was told my car was ready to be picked up and they would discuss my inquiries when I came in. When I came in to pick up there was no further info on either and both items were not completed. A little disappointed in the communication regarding my requests, which is unusual for Crowley Nissan service as they are usually very communicative about any issues.
