I was not greeted when I arrived I waited a few minutes and then went in. When I went in I still wasnt greeted. I was looked at asked what can I do for you as if I was doing him a favor. Customer service was not friendly by anyone in the service department. This is one of the reasons I stopped going to Win for a while and I really don't think I will be returning.
Chadwick was absolutely amazing and he had nothing to do with my dissatisfaction. I'm very disappointed in my car purchase of a certified vehicle with Win Hyundai. I don't know anyone who has bought a certified vehicle and had any problems in such a short period of time, not even the first couple of years. This shows me that Hyundai vehicles are not a good investment.
Even though he was very busy and the only service rep available to assist me he was attentive and answered my questions without rushing or making it seem like he did not have time to assist me.

Since purchasing my vehicle there have been numerous problems.Electrical,dead keys twice,car shutting down numerous times.I spent several hours dealing with the cars performance.Being stranded several times waiting on a tow truck,interrupting my daily activity.My time is valuable and I need a safe reliable car.Thats what I'm paying for a car that works.
It took several weeks to contact me after the initial service visit. They never called me back. I contacted the service department several times. I, frankly, had to make several calls and only after contacted the service manager and corporate office was I taken care of. Parts where replaced but the air conditioning unit still does not work. The vehicle still presents with the original problem. I will not be returning to this dealership. I will be taking my vehicle and original paperwork to the Torrance dealership.
