Twow trips to the dealership and I have to come back for a third due to incorrect part being ordered. Car not washed, when Porter moved it he blocked me in with another car. This dealership definitely leaves a lot to be desired, will not purchase another Hyundai nor will I return to this Win operated debacle of an autodealership.

Barry is such a wonderful service advisor. He always greets me with a smile and positive attitude! I always request him when I need to bring my car in for service. He makes sure everything is done correctly and quickly for me and always makes sure my car is washed at the end of the service. I am always very pleased with the level of customer service and appreciate having such a kind service advisor to work with.
I think that the price for having multiple Services done in the same trip Maybe a little bit High because of duplication in the individual estimates, but the service is always fine and that work is good.
The service was long but Fransisco made sure I was comfortable, offering me food and even a lyft home if I did not want to stay there. I was extremely happy with the way my seats turned out after the maintenance guys cleaned them and I would definitely come back, even buy my next car there
