I called last week and made an appointment for an oil change. When I showed up for my appointment, they couldn’t find it. They were able to take care of the oil change anyway. I purchased my car at WIN Hyundai, and this was my first oil change. My car’s service notification came on, saying I should have the oil changed at 5,000 miles. The service representative said that the service department recommends oil changes at 3,500 miles for all makes and models. This makes no sense for Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0. When my car came back from the car wash, it had water drip marks in multiple places. My car looked cleaner before the car wash... I have some free oil changes that were given to us when I bought the car, so I’ll be back. I’ll bring a rag, so I can wipe down the water drips before I leave next time.

I was totally satiisfied with Dwayne but i was offered a wash and vacuum. The wash was ok but the driver carpet was only cleaned. It also took 2 and half hours to do an oil change and insoection. Not Dwayne's fault but inwanted ti bring this to yor attention.

I felt like since I used a coupon for my oil change I was being gouged for everything he mentioned I needed. For example, your technician wrote battery was loose, that should have been taken care of in my opinion.
