Miguel was very courteous and efficient, however, I called in to ask if two red flag items on the vehicle inspection report had been done during the servicing -air filter and cabin air filter. I have not yet received a response.

Everything went great until we started talking interest % rate. I was told the interest rate would be 7.99 but then the number became 5.99%. I made the error of answering his question of what do I want my car payment to be. David had originally figured the car payment based on 7.99%. THerefore where did the other 2% go???

I brought my Elantra in today to fix the problem with the door light coming on unexpectantly. The problem still exists and the door light still comes on by pushing the door when it is closed. Not good!

Mr.Harris gave me perfect service however, service technician was not... they made a dirty mess inside of my car. They did not cover the seat and floor to work on trunk latch.
