Marisol demostrated excellent customer service during my first visit as an Hyundai owner. She made me feel welcomed and was very thorough in explaining what services were going to be performed today. The entire service department staff is pleasant and professional. I am very satisfied with my experience with Marisol and the staff.

You need a cashier so I don't have to wait for overloaded with work service agents. It's not fair to the agent and you waste my time

They gave me a rental that I was unable to get, However my adviser said she would call me tomorrow that my car would be ready. I called several times the next day & got transferred to different departments, talked to several different people & left a message & still hadn't heard from her. Near closing time I asked for the supervisor & finally got a hold of the agent, I expressed that I had been trying to reacg her all day then she stated I could keep the rental that didn't get the part. I then told her I wasn't able to get the car & how was I suppose to know that u didn't get the part, she apologized

They were really fast at doing my service and I liked that they also vacuumed my car and washed the outside
