I was very happy with Hector. Not only was he polite, he was professional and even though he didn't deal with me before he knew about the work to be done and kept me abreast of it diring the 7 hours I was there. I was satisfied with the work by the technician. However, I should have been rold that my trunk was going to be completely emptied out of all contents to access the battery. I could have had sensitive stuff there. I saw that all my stuff was thrown to the garage floor in a pile behind the car in the bay. Never mind the floor in the garage area is dirty with oils, but my stuff was left there for HOURS unattended. That's very poor customer service. When late in the day i realized this, I mentioned it to Hector and he promptly told the tech to put my sruff back on the trunk. The stuff was sitting on the floor even after the work in the trunk was done, intil Hector went out personally to tak3 care of the situation. As for Jose, I did not deal with him until I came to pick up the keys at the end of the job. Although Hector called me last week to advise that the water pump had arrived, after bein on order for anmonth, that was my first time dealing with him when he called last week. In dealing with Jose I found him to be gruff and loud and as I found out today unpleasant. I asked him for the detailed work invoice that showed hours and prices of items and he refused. I have been given this invoice in the past by Corey and Miguel. The detailed invoice helps me keep a record of what wqs done to my car and helps me show how much it was improved, in case of an accident. Jose was unpleasant and loud and told me the detailed invoice was "private" and I could only have the summary. He said if I wanted the detailed invoice I'd have to pay to get it. I asked how much and he said $1,224.23. No joke! He said if I paid i could get the detailed invoice. I finally copied the info by pen as he wouldn't allow even a photo. All this and being rude for a document that is not secret. He even said I could go online to get the prices of the items if I wanted them. I kid you not. Dealing with Jose was a STARK difference from dealing with Corey or Miguel in the past. I do not want to deal with Jose again. Something has changed to the worst at Win Hyundai Carson. I hope it gets fixed. If not, I will drive somewhere closer to WLA to have my Sonata serviced. I say this with all due respect because I had a very high regard for Win Hyundai Carson in the past.

all the work was very well done! Professional and on time! the only thing that the advisor was Oscar no jose. Ah and the only issue is that I have drive 50 miles to get there...! Sad that I ca not take my car for service to another Hyundai dealership...!

Barry was amazing!! I came in for a major 90k service and he was actually the only one working. The other employees were out or sick. He was also doing the cashier's job as well. I can tell there was a lot of work for him but he never complained and even managed to joke and make all the customers feel welcomed and taken care. He called me a shuttle to go home so I wouldn't have to wait the lobby. Barry is by far the best service rep there period. He should definitely get an incentive for employee of the month, pay raise or some PTO because he definitely deserves it and more!

Insofar as one can be satisfied with a stopgap software update for a suspected defective motor and the feeling that I could go into limp home mode at any moment I am satisfied. The car got back to me quickly and that is the only judgement I can make so far.
