They didn't do everything is that they said they were going to do... Guys were too much in a hurry to go home... I didn't get a car Wash and they didn't even vacuum the front floorboard

Service agent was perfect I decided to bring my car into the dealership because I had a problem that I was hoping the dealership would only be able to easily fix. I have my horn beeping one time every time I turn the ignition on. Fortunately I was asked to spend $125 just to have the steering column taken apart to troubleshoot the problem. A lot of money to spend just got a troubleshooting. No guarantee that the problem will be found. I’d rather take my car to an electronica specialist who will charge me for less for troubleshooting. Again my service technician was stellar perfect in his performance and communication skills. It is the dealership that I am not satisfied with that seems to be a very high amount to charge just to take apart my steering column
