Things went great Barry took great care of my car getting it fixed and done very quickly
It took over 2 hours just to add coolant to a brand new car.
The waiting was too long. 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change? This is the 2nd time I've waited over 2 hrs. If I didn't check the status of my car (after exactly 2 hrs) he would have not know I was still waiting.....At least come in let me know they are still working on my car or SOMETHING! When I asked the other rep (I'm not gonna name names this time) if he could check on my car his respond was:I really can't bc I'm trying to help this lady..... wow! REALLY? He went ahead n told me theres a santa fe in the car wash but he couldn't tell the color so dont know if its mine...
