He had really bad customer service felt like he didnt want to answer our questions he didnt check car prior to the service like they usually do and he and has us wait 20 minutes before he helped us

The waiting was too long. 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change? This is the 2nd time I've waited over 2 hrs. If I didn't check the status of my car (after exactly 2 hrs) he would have not know I was still waiting.....At least come in let me know they are still working on my car or SOMETHING! When I asked the other rep (I'm not gonna name names this time) if he could check on my car his respond was:I really can't bc I'm trying to help this lady..... wow! REALLY? He went ahead n told me theres a santa fe in the car wash but he couldn't tell the color so dont know if its mine... Customer Service STINKS! OF COURSE IM NOT SATISFY!
