Dealer needs to spend more time getting familiar with electric cars. The team struggled with the sale, finance, post sale details and now service. No big deal, but clearly a challenge for Team Win.

Mr. Albino showed great professionalism in every aspect of his job. From the time I brought my car in for service to the time It was complete Mr Albino made sure I was completely satisfied with the maintenance done to the car. Kudos to Mr Albino.....????
I Bought this vehicle on November 2017 and I was told that my first service will be complementary, when I showed up (unscheduled)to drop off my A mantra 2017 I was told by Marisol that I needed to see my sales Man because of some changes on the procedure for first time service then after 1 hour I was able to leave getting a cab because the shuttle service was busy at the time.
Also I noticed that my car didn't have the original floor mats for the back seats and ask my sales Man for them which he agreed to get them for me ( there were supposed be installed when I bought the vehicle)but when I pick up the car they were not installed.
Lastly, the car had some sort of rust on the paint, at least that's what they said because of the close by refineries so I was told that in my first service will be cleaned , when I pickup the car was late and I could notice how it was actually cleaned or detailed, the truth is that they didn't detailed the whole car and there is still some rust in my New car.
I'm very disappointed for the service and time it took to have my car service and partially detailed.
Jake waver is a great sale person and I wish everyone could learn from him in that dealership.

I want to know if you have the parts in stock to fix the hydrolics on the hood? Also, do you have the correct size battery for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I think when Hyundai replaced my engine you installed the wrong size battery? It needs to be replaced.
I was charged $100 for a horn that hasn’t worked almost as soon as I bought the Sonata.
