Since we purchased our cars we got two cars in Hyundai Sonata and a Hyundai Santa Fe every time we come to the service department we have problems I'm here at the service department right now as we speak on the 2nd at 7 a.m. and they're giving me a big problem about my free oil change

Dwayne Harris was excellent. But some of the other customer service clerks were lacking. When I came in to pick up my car, Dwayne was in the back washing another customers car before he brought it to the front for them. No one who was at the desk asked me if I needed help, they didn’t say it’ll be just a moment, is there anything I can help you with, they just look right past me like I wasn’t even standing there. I actually had to ask if someone’s going to help me. and an older customer service clerk told me I was just going to have to wait for Dwayne to get back, he was rude and apathetic. There is no shuttle service, donuts, or complimentary car washes on Saturday, but Dwayne brought donuts and he washed my car.

Francisco was a huge help! Extremely friendly and provided great service! He listened to my concerns and followed up with me when the issue was discovered. I’ve been a long time customer with WIN Hyundai Service and will continue to do so because of people like Francisco.

All of the air caps are missing from my tires and there is basically nothing or no one to assist until Tuesday. The past two times I have got my car serviced with you there have been issued. Im very disappointed with the service. It’s unacceptable that a simple oil change with you ends up a big inconvenience! I hope you replace my tire caps without an issue.
