I sent (or tired to send) the email below back in August when I visited **** Hannah Nissan for my first time. When I was back in this morning with my Rouge I realized the email was not sent.
Today’s experience was exceptional again. Both Ben and Skye (when I checked out) were outstanding! It is this level of service that will keep me coming back in the future vs going to a competitor which would be more convenient based on the location where I live.

Ben, provided exceptional customer service. He is kind, trustworthy and has a great sense of humor.
A few weeks ago I called another Nissan service center in Portland and decided to not go forward with my appointment due to my interaction with the Nissan service rep.
Based on this experience I was reluctant to try another Nissan dealership service center and thought about switching to a Nissan certified shop.
I am very happy I decided to try **** Hannah Nissan. From my first conversations with Ben on the phone to interacting with him in person he was amazing to work with.
Having had such a positive experience with Ben I will for sure return to **** Hannah Nissan for my next service and specifically ask to work with him.

It's not that I was displeased with the entire visit my only issue is that it take so long when you have an appointment to get an oil change. I think it would be you best if you have an appointment to be able to complete the basic maintenance in a more timely manner. Otherwise the customer service was pretty good
