I appreciate that you fixed the tire leak, but when I was told there was a gash in my tire I was upset that I was sent home with that . I want to have a safe car to drive . So now I have to get a new tire.just wish it was taken care of when I was there .

Didn't have to wait. Immediate friendly serivw. Great job on the courtesy car wash too. They took the time to towel dry my vehicle which is something that was never done in the past. Thank you and keep.ip the good work...

When I originally made my appointment for my airbag light flashing the lady on the phone said the tech suggested I come in and have it looked at because it could be so many reasons. She mentioned that it would cost me if they had to do anything to my car to fix the issue. So I asked her repeatedly throughout the call, at least 5 times would it cost me? Will I be charged and again she assured me not unless the tech had to put any work into fixing the problem. When I checked in for my appointment the guy at the counter then had me sign and told me I owed $100+ for the diagnostics. Before I finished signing I told him about what the lady on the phone told me and he further explained that the coding would be no charge. I was a pretty frustrated at the fact that I asked when I booked my appointment would it cost me. Also that I left work early to make this appointment that was an hour out of my way and I ended up leaving with no issue solved. Very unsatisfied.
