My tires were three PSI under on three wheels and two PSI under in the forth.
I also had to wait a long time because the service writer did not note my work order as being a “Waiter”.
I will not be coming back!

We were asked to have the car washed. Never happened. We had yellow tape on the windshield and were never told anything about removing it. We were charged $12 for tire disposal but we kept the old tires. I could not find the coupon we gave in for the oil change on the invoice. It’s also very hard to schedule an appointment. Long wait times when calling in. Customer service was great in the past.

As soon as I drove away from the dealership I experienced the same issue with my Chevy Cruz. I had to set another appointment in order for them to try and reduplicate it. After looking into this “Service Stabili Trak” issue its a manufactuer defect. It can actually be very dangerous and your car will lock up while driving. Have not had my car for even 30 days yet and I am not happy with this experience. Hoping it can be fixed ASAP or get a car that actually runs. The check engine light is now on. I am happy that they put new tires on it like they said.

I’m sorry to see you last service manager. And the same knee surgery I had three months before. But yes all my questions were answered. There’s a bit more work than I thought it needed to be done. The work was not completed correctly so I had to go back again. I also found 4 bolts sitting on the cowl when I opened the hood to find out what was making a rattling noise. The air intake also had a broken clip that was not ordered and replaced until I asked about it.
I took my car home last night near closing. The representative handling my car was very nice. However, my car stalled again today, an issue that I would think should have been resolved considering my car was at the shop from Saturday to Tuesday evening.
I was told with an appointment that the service provided would take 30 minutes. My vehicle was not ready for three hours. Not once was an apology provided to me. I made an appointment and dropped it offf 15 minutes early. This is poor service. I realize what’s done is done but at least apologize to someone who is clearly put out by your actions. I will never bring my car back. Plus I was told any appointment made earlier than 10:00 was considered a drop off. Info that was not provided to me when I made said appointment.
My oil change appointment took longer than 2 hours, and I (and another person) needed to be at work, and were late to work because the appointment went an hour past when they told me it would be ready. :(

I was not offered a free carwash and had to ask if they still gave them, I am glad I asked as I love having my car washed.

I really appreciate Kevin I did not get his last name he was very helpful. I had asked for my tires to be checked and brakes for the winter it was not noted on the report so Kevin checked my tires and with his flashlighter he did his best to check the brakes he provided great information regarding if they would squeak to bring the car in to be checked. Thank you again Kevin for the awesome customer service!!!
I had good service today. Friendly staff . Would like to have had my car washed. But they don’t offer any dry towel service .like my car towel Dried
