Always receive great service. The wait took longer
Than usual.
Overall the service and advisors are awesome, but it they are usually off schedule. I had a 9 am appointment and my vehicle wasn’t taken back until past 10. Keegan was great and gave me a heads up, but this is usually the case here. I was at the dealership for 5 hours for an oil change and brake service.
Service was faster than expected. And the service team was Top Notch A+ all around. My only complaint aside form the car wash that looked like it was done by a short 8y/o but it was the fact that Yau Ming drove and parked my car. I know this cause I didn’t know the driver seat could go back that far and recline that low too. OH... and the steering wheel was so low I can honk the horn with my knees!!! But hey... no harm no foul. You all have a good day

It took about 2 hours to rotate a set of tires. I could have accomplished this task by myself, by hand, in this amount of time.

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was out on time. They even changed my wipers for me with ones that I had purchased from Costco. Couldn’t be happier.

Service great as usual. The waiting room was especially noisy with the TV blaring and piped in Christmas music. The audio feeds were distracting and at times annoying. I suggest paying more attention to ambiance.
