Really rude employee the first time ,the he forgot he get pay for customer satisfaction ?he didn’t want a tell me his name ? Why ? The he knows how help customer ? Or maybe he needs to be retrained again.But I got to say thank you Noe for all your help I wish all the employees be like you !! help the customers no matter what ....

Longer than usual wait time (for my appointment) and felt devalued as a customer. The clerk was very attentive with the gal in front of the line of me. He never interrupted her, answered all her questions, walked her to her car, yet he tried to get me out of the office as fast as he could. When he stated that I needed brakes, I asked when I could make an appointment to get them fixed. The clerk sneered at me and said I needed to call the customer service number. I had walked in a few days before and made the inspection appointment with another clerk no problem, now, this clerk is telling me after waiting for my inspection for an hour and a half (actually two hours because I waited half hour for him to flirt with the gal in front of me) he can’t take 5 minutes to make an appointment for me (and essentially do his job by making money for the company)? When I work I try to treat my customers equal. I felt disrespected by my time. I guess this guy doesn’t like money, or doesn’t have pride for Nissan or something... I’m going somewhere else for my brakes. Thanks, but no thanks Nissan...
