When I have my vehicle serviced at Nissan service department other than your they always was and vacuum my Nissan Maxima. I also find being told by your sals dept. all about your **** hannna rewards program and how you get all these great benefits including your first oil service but you stopped doing that program a year ago but I have only had my Nissan Rouge 7 months so yea thanks for that’s ok I will take my Rouge to a Award winning Nissan Service that provides Vacuum Wash and Loaners that also allows me Nissan Rewards to use and 10% of my major service and Advisor that calls me to address items on my car not sending me random emails that have no specific items listed that need attention

The only thing I would say is that I sat for 2 hrs and nobody came to let me know how it was going . Just for my oil service and wash . In the past they would come and let me know ok it will be a little longer. That's all.
