I had appointment at 8:00 am so It’s took 2:15 hours if I didn’t have appointment maybe it’s gonna take 4 hours

I was there for 2 hours, they acted like I was lying about them telling me I got a free oil change. And no one checked on us and the guy who”hand” washed my car scratched it all up! Not happy prob will never go back which is lame cause I bought the warranty
