The wash job left several places that were not addressed and no vacuuming was done at all.

I am completely satisfied with Ben Wilson's customer service and all the people in the service department have always been very nice however I'm a little bit disappointed in the price match guarantee - if it was a guarantee. Jessica said she would match Les Schwab's price but I didn't know that it was conditional to them charging me 805. When I went to go get the quote that they charged me before, they were charging me now $100 less and that wasn't acceptable to Nissan so... maybe somebody should have bit the bullet and giving me that price but I also think that Les Schwab was in the wrong and I had already paid for Nissan parts so I couldn't take it there and get that price I feel a little bit bothered, but mostly not with Nissan. I don't know if I could have said return the parts give me my money back I'm going to take the car over there and then made them put their money where their mouth is and give me that price whether it was right or not , but I didn't. I do like the people at Nissan better so I am over all very satisfied. I really appreciate the friendly people who work there and the Lyft rides.
