He did an excellent job and started the process toward finding the source of a minor but troubling problem. Got us in on short notice, the technician found the problem and we got out shortly thereafter on a day where we were already down to one vehicle.

Frank is amazingly nice and personable. I’m a hospice nurse and I walk into strangers homes everyday. So I know it’s hard to be “that person” all the time. I have had my car serviced 3 times since I bought it. Frank and all the staff have been more than professional and amazing. There is a reason I drive from Tigard to have my car serviced. Although I am satisfied with the oil change, I feel the so called tire for life program is a sham. My tires are well worn and I feel a safety hazard. being told that after 45000 miles that a 1/16th if an inch is fine is a bit of a slap in the face. I have done everything required to satisfy the program requirements. I feel the safety of myself and the safety of my passengers is not a concern to **** Hannah.
My battery went dead and I had no lights on to drain the power from the battery, it would. not take a charge beyond 12 volts, it was towed in and a complete charge and analysis was done on it. Thank you. There were no bad cell or cells. I am pleased to have my car running again but my confidence in my Subaru is not as it was before. You were able to charge it but a jumper cable didn't do the job. I've had it since August of 2016 and had no problems until now and think I should not have had this problem. Carson is great, is just the fact that I have had my car in for two specific issues (one Extremely dangerous at less that 6k miles that continues). The second at this service. The service team has failed to locate or repair either issue claiming the car is not repeating what I already stated was intermittent. I also have wear to my brake rotors at less than 17k miles. I am not happy with this car at all amd it's my third subaru that I've owned. At this rate it will be my last. Seriously considering trading it in at toyota. 17k miles aND already had stereo replaced, a very dangerous stall issue when accelerating, worn rotors and a front end issue with noise that miraculously stopped after rotating the tires. It's a lemon.
