Frank is such an asset to the **** Hannah family. He keeps in contact with me to let me know the status of the repair. He goes above and beyond to make sure that the problem is fixed and I particularly appreciate that he worked with the engineers at Subaru to determine the cause of the error.

This was an emergency for me & was handled so well. Thank you to Carson.
After picking up my car I noticed scratches on both driver side doors that were not there before I dropped the car off. I hand waxed the car the same evening I dropped it off so I'm sure that the scratches were not pre-existing. For a $100 service I wouldn't expect to pick my car up with damage.
