My service involved two issues: (1) installation of splash guards, and (2) rock chip repair. I was totally satisfied with the installation but the chip repair was still obvious when I was led to believe it would not be. I agreed to accept the splash guards at no charge in exchange for accepting the chip repair as is. In the end I WAS satisfied with the solution offered so no further follow-up is required.

I was able to make a same day appointment in my lunch hour to get my oil changed. They got my car right in, checked and changed out my battery, and I was on my way within an hour. Great service and friendly people.
