Carson was a great representative four the **** Hannah team. Even though it took a couple of hours to get the results that I needed. He was cordial and sympathetic on my long wait. He even mention that if it happened again he would buy me lunch. I told him that would not be necessary since all my expectations were met. Job well done.
I was well taken care of by the Subaru staff, they gave me a ride home promply while my car was being worked on, then they gave me a ride from home bak to the Subaru place to pick up my car. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thanks.
He is informative and stays up to date. And he was willing to get a mileage sticker for the windshield unlike the past several service calls!
I read the sign for services and it said we will no longer wash your cars anymore and that’s fine but it also said in place of washing your car we will vacuum the floor on the driver and passenger side. Then it saidThey would clean the inside front windshield while none of that stuff was done as far as the work on my car great excellent no problems but when you post something at the service desk saying that you won’t get a service but you’ll get other services I would expect those services to be rendered thank you
He had my issue dealt with quickly and fairly. I’ll keep bringing you my WRX and Legacy for as long as I own them. Thank you so much fo the great service.
