Carter did and excellent job of keeping me informed about the progress of my car through the entire oil change process. He also did an excellent job of walking me through the next two oil changes and major work coming up and exactly what it was. Well done!

Andrew was fine. A little clip on my viser snapped this week When I was driving home. One piece landed in my lap snd the other piece fell between my seat. I put the piece in my lap in the center little cubby hole. Thursday night before my appointment, I vacuumed my car out and there was the other piece of my viser. Andrew told me it just snaps together. I figured it might, or I could super glue it. They had already taken my cat to the shop to show them. I asked if I could go back and show them, and another guy at the desk told me "no" in not s good way. I asked again and he emphatically said no! I guess at that point you realize your car kind of being held hostage. When my car is brought out, I am told only 1/2 of the viser piece is there, and now for my little piece that snaps back together, I am going to have to pay $75 for the part alone and replace the whole visor. I'd like to believe in goodness, and nice, but this time I can't. I vacuumed my car the night before and had both parts. Maybe even writing this was a waste of my time, but there is a universe watching and I know both parts were there. It's just so flipping dissappointing the lack of integrity anymore.
